Super Soda Jerk (collab. w/ Nick Reinhart)

The Super Soda Jerk is a collaboration with Nick Reinhart (Tera Melos, Bygones, Disheveled Cuss, etc). It is a revival of a certain stompbox that was made in collaboration with Mr. Reinhart almost 10 years ago which now go for ridiculous amounts of money.

The Super Soda Jerk is an effect that defies definition. Is it Fuzz? Is it Distortion? Whatever it is, it has the ability to go from Rock n' Roll, all the way way to amp shattering splatter with the turn of the TEXTURE knob. Turn up LOUD to do just that (be careful, it gets quite loud). And turn up DRONE to generate noise to drive your favorite effects and create a wall of sound. Stomp SLURRY to Hotdog It.

We have decided to dig up the grave and bring it back to life featuring new art by Nick and no spaghetti. The circuit has also been ever-so-slightly modified from its original version for an improved Texture (Gain) range and to roll back some of the "glassiness" of the original.

We think it sounds best going into a clean amp/channel, but use it however it sounds best to you! Just make sure runs on standard 9v Center Negative power ONLY.
